• This is NOT an invoice.
• Additional fees may affect the Invoice total.
• Famous 4 Colors [F4C] reserves the right to deliver +/- 3% of total number of items requested based on a reasonable defect rate.
• Famous 4 Colors [F4C] has a misprint allowance of 3% on customer supplied items without reimbursement. Misprints over 3% will be replaced.
• A 3.25% credit card processing fee is required for all credit card transactions.
• Rejects and Defects must be brought to the attention of Famous 4 Colors [F4C] within 10 days of receipt of product.
• Further decoration or alteration to a garment/product by any source other than Famous 4 Colors [F4C] immediately voids all refunds/credits or possible returns.
Graphics
• Product Previews should be used only as visual samples.
• Colors displayed on a computer’s monitor, graphic size, and graphic placement may not match the actual printed items.
• Once approved, Famous 4 Colors [F4C] is not responsible for printing errors done according to Graphic Approval Documents.
Shipping
• Standard turn production time varies depending on product(s) ordered. Turnaround does not include shipping.
• FREE Local Shipping does not apply to inbound freight of blank product.
• Famous 4 Colors [F4C] is not responsible for orders lost or damaged once shipped.
• Signature Required shipping charges will be added to final invoice and may not be reflected on the Order Approval document.
• If an order is returned to Famous 4 Colors [F4C] due to delivery complications Client will be charged appropriate return fee.
To Finalize your order
• Once Order is Approved further changes to the order are no longer possible.
• Payment in full is required to finalize an order unless other arrangements have been made in writing with Famous 4 Colors [F4C].
Custom Labels/Patches
Delivery within 10% over or under quantity ordered is industry standard. Prices are subject to change depending on the final artwork approval. CUSTOMER ORDERS ARE NON-RETURNABLE. There will be an initial $150.00 pattern charge on each sample made for the customer. Charge will be waived when immediate production order is placed. Any additional changes made by the customer will incur $150.00 pattern change charge, per change. Mold/Die charges for rubber, plastic, cloth, or metal, are incurred when a sample is made. We recommend that our products, be tested by the user to determine if the product chosen is suitable for the purpose intended. We will not assume responsibility for any damages, since we have no control over the use, washing or processing.
Purchaser agrees to defend and indemnify Famous 4 Colors [F4C] for any claim arising out of the use, washing, or processing of Famous 4 Colors [F4C] products.
